The product, in the report: The product is designed to cook bacon in a microwave. There is a ribbed pan that the bacon is placed on. A locking lid is then placed over the pan and twisted to lock. Once the bacon is cooked, the lock must be released to life the lid to retrieve the bacon.
While using the product, which is designed to cook bacon in a microwave, the locking handle because extremely hot. The lock was unable to be used without protection from burning the hand. After three back to back uses, cooking four slices of bacon at a time, the locking mechanism broke off. It appears that the locking handle got too hot and twisted off.
