The product, in the report: Oster Baldwyn 14-Pc. Stainless Steel Cutlery Block Set

The 14 piece oster knife sets Oster Baldwyn 14-Pc. Stainless Steel Cutlery Block Set are dangerous . There a solid handle that is stainless steel.’ When you hand wash them they take water on in the little time it takes to hand wash. Then they drip and drip. Putting these away in the kitchen is dangerous. water drips on the floor and your holding a butcher knife. I cut the heck out of my self and finger hut is refusing to make this right.

The product, in the report: Oster Knife Set

I bought a 20 piece set of Oster knives in February 2020. Less than a month later, more than half of the knives started to rust all over the knife and the handle. Then two of the knives handles broke off while using and almost cut my daughters finger off! We start using the knives as much and I decided to exercise my warranty back in September. When contacting Oster I was given the runaround to report my issues to two other companies. This has gone on for several months with no resolution. Oster sent me to Gibdon Company, whoever they are because the knife department is handled by Gibson. Gibson’s voicemail states they are not in the office because of Covid and to leave a message. I have never received a call back from Gibson. Oster also told me to contact Newell, who ever they are, which I have tried and still no resolution or callback or any other correspondence. After looking online, I see there are many other complaints about these knives. They were much more expensive than my previous set of knives I had for over 10 years. Those knives never rusted or broke. I just wanted a new set to match with my new kitchen. These knives are incredibly dangerous and very cheaply made. After not getting any assistance, I feel it is at least my duty to warn others about purchasing this product.
