The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: White 5” Ceramic Kyocera Knives

I purchased (3) 5” Kyocera Ceramic Knives, the first on the tip broke off... thinking I did something wrong I just threw it away. I continued to use my 2nd one and gave the third to my mother. After a few weeks of use, mainly cutting veggies and meat on a wooden cutting board I noticed little notches missing from the razor sharp blade... my concern is that these little pieces will end up in peoples food with normal use of the knives.
