While using a GoodCook® Pro Ceramic Santoku Knife to slice cooked chicken the blade broke off at the handle and flew about 3 feet. No injuries occurred but the potential is there. The company is offering a replacement which is nice but I feel that there is a flaw in this knife as it shouldn’t fail so dramatically during normal use. The knife was about 1 and a half month old.
