The product, in the report: Scentsational Midnight Woods (No. 11) scented jar candle

    Hello,

I purchased a scented glass jar candle (Scensational Midnight Woods) from TJ Maxx store in Bozeman, MT on 16 August 2019. I was visiting that town for a wedding - I live in [REDACTED].

The candle has dangerously deteriorated and disintegrated while burning - the glass jar melted and cracked, but the wick kept burning, and burned into the wooden table it was set upon. I’m glad I discovered it when I did as it could have started a house fire.

Pictures of the candle and the damage to my furniture visible on my [REDACTED] account here:

    [REDACTED]

I wish to bring this to your authority’s attention as these Scentsational scented candles are potentially dangerous to sell to consumers.

I have reported this to TJ Maxx also.

    Regards [REDACTED]
