The product, in the report: Three-wick melaleuca candles made by Revive. It was an Island sunset fragrance.
I had a three-wick Island sunset candle from Melaleuca. I believe they are made by Revive. It was lit and the next thing I knew the flames were huge. I tried to blow them out but all that did was splatter the oil/ wax onto my face. I eventually got a plate and smothered out the flames.
