The product, in the report: Everyday Luxe PALO SANTO Natural soy wax candle 14.5oz NO.005 distributed by MVP Group INT, INC Elkin, NC 28621 made in the USA
I purchased a candle from TJ MAXX, I lit it twice, the second time I lit it it was for 4 hours, I blew it out, and put the cap on it, there was a lot of black at the top of the candle but didn’t think anything about it at the time. The next day, after being gone most of the day, I entered my apartment and the carpet looked different. After further inspection, the black from the candle was everywhere on my carpet, I took pictures, I couldn’t believe a candle could do that much damage, I used my [REDACTED] at first, then researched to use baking soda and keep sprinkling it and vacuuming, this is horrifying, now I have this horrible cough, that isn’t going away, I dont have a fever or anything else going on, I’m a pretty heathy person, Its been three weeks now since this happened and I’m going to seek medical attention today. I was waiting to see if the cough would subside but it has not. I dont want anyone else to have to go through this.
