The product, in the report: Paddywax Form 12 oz Candle - Palo Santo Suede
I purchased a Paddywax Form Candle from Whole Foods. There is a non-disclosed hole in the bottom of the candle/container and when the was melts, it pours through the bottom. The candle was on a flat surface and ruined a one of a kind tabletop made by my father.

The product, in the report: Paddywax Mission Fig Candle in a tin
Here is a copy of what I sent to Paddywax concerning their Mission Fig candle in a tin.
Dear Sirs, My boyfriend and I purchased some of your candles. We burned your mission fig candle a few weeks ago and in the the morning I spit up some black soot. It wasn’t a lot--so I didn’t worry about it. We hadn’t burned it since--but last night we burned it for 4 hours and blew it out. When we woke up in the am we had soot on our noses, in our lungs and in our sinuses. We both had headaches and felt awful. We were spitting up black soot and blowing black soot from our noses. It was very unpleasant. We are returning your candles today to the store that we have purchased them from called Copperfields in Ventura California. I have been buying candles and burning candles for over 30 years and have never experienced anything like this. [REDACTED]. We are very upset and want you to do something about this. We are purchasing a netty pot at the health food store to try and get it out of our sinuses, but that isn’t going to help our lungs. Please let us know what you intend to do. We are both are feeling ill and are very upset. Your candles appear to be a high end product, but they are not. I am sure there have been other complaints. Perhaps you should reformulate them to beeswax or soy wax. [REDACTED].
Sincerely, [REDACTED]
