The product, in the report: The “LED Candle Lamps” from Dollar Tree. They are LED Christmas candles that are white with gold candlestick holders.
I recently bought the LED Candle Lamps (from the company “Christmas House”) which was a double pack from the Dollar Tree. They were the traditional Christmas candlesticks with a gold candlestick holder. It is also battery operated. I was recently putting batteries in them when I noticed a glow on the inside of the candle stick part. I quickly realized that the candle was making the batteries shoot off sparks inside. In fact, when I opened the candlestick, I saw that the metal rod inside was causing sparks. The outside of the candle was REALLY hot. I opened the candle stick to dump out the batteries before there was potentially a fire and that is when I noticed that the batteries were extremely hot too. These candles need to be checked out because it could be a fire hazard and burn people.
