The product, in the report: Hotel Collection 4 wick fir tree candle
We received a 4 wick candle from Hotel Collection and had only burned it a couple of times for short periods. On 12/15/25 we had lit the candle and hadnt burned but for about 30 minutes when there was an extremely loud pop. The candle had exploded on one side sending glass in our living room, where we were with our dogs. This could have turned out to be a very serious disaster. The glass was thrown in our living room. I contacted Hotel Collection to report this and they didnt seem to concerned. Really!!
