The product, in the report: Wax Candle in Glass Container

The consumer burned the candle for approximately two hours on 11/11/2016. The family room is adjacent to the kitchen and all the plastic surfaces in the kitchen also had a coating of black film. The consumer and her husband blew their noses and they noticed black soot on the tissues used, indicating that they inhaled whatever was emitted by the candle.

11/14/2016 - The consumer contacted the Manufacturer and explained the situation. The representative she spoke to informed her that they would get back to her but the consumer has yet to receive any communication from them. The consumer got the impression that the representative had heard about the issue before.

The consumer plans on keeping the unit for at least the next thirty days.
