The product, in the report: Glitter Incredible Candle for birthday cakes. One candle lights 16, it opens and spins, and music is played.
I purchased a Glitter Incredible Candle for a birthday cake. The candle is supposed to open and spin and play Happy Birthday. Instead the middle candle burned with a 12 flame, the plastic melted, sparks flew, and the small metal battery became a projectile that hit an adult. No injuries.
