  1. First aid

Made Nov 19, 2014, sent to the company Dec 2, 2014, published by CPSC Dec 16, 2014

The product, in the report: DD logo on front of mason jar by coscentri coscentrix. Spice scent 5441423. Fall 2014.

Candle purchased from hobby lobby in spice cake scent with the DD logo on a mason jar was used approximately 4 times and at one point while sitting by the tv on a wall unit, it sparked with a high flame and blew up. The glass shattered leaving only one price attached to the rest of the hardened part of the candle. I returned it October 16th to Stringtown road location Hobby Lobby and they would only even exchange it. The other 3 I have are rarely used to I can’t testify to their safety. The exploding candle destroyed a wall hanging, part of the wall, the top of the wall unit, and 2 statues next to the candle.
