The product, in the report: The exact name, according to my receipt, is 2-Wick 19oz Jar Candle Jasmine Bouquet - Home Scents by Chesapeake Bay Candle.
I have a Chesapeake Bay 19oz 2-wick candle, the exact model name is 2-Wick 19oz Jar Candle Jasmine Bouquet - Home Scents by Chesapeake Bay Candle. It has only burned about 25% down, there is about 75% of the candle remaining. While the candle was burning, the glass cracked on the rim of the jar. The candle was purchased from Target in March 2023, and is not one of the candles listed in the recall from that time period.

No one hurt Made Aug 20, 2020, sent to the company Oct 14, 2020, published by CPSC Oct 1, 2020
The product, in the report: Chesapeake Bay Candle - Beach Bonfire scent - single wick candle Model G19044U possibly
I lit a single wick candle that has the brand Chesapeake Bay Candle - beach bonfire scent. It was towards the end of the candles life as the majority of the wax had been melted away. After being lit for approximately two hours I found the wick had broken. The wick was burning on the bottom of the glass jar. The wick was putting out a nasty black smoke and made my house stink. My laminate counter top bubbled as a result of the candle not burning itself out. The label on the jar was all charred so I couldn’t read the label anymore. I had to use a cold wash cloth to cool my counter top to prevent a fire from starting. The glass jar the candle was in became too hot to touch. I feel that the candle did not burn out properly as it should have.
