The product, in the report: 3” diameter glass candle

I lit a brand new candle which flared up in less than 1 hour. The flame was several feet high! I was able to extinguish it without damage to my home. The glass of the candle itself is black and cracked. I have photos, as well as the candle itself. It was operating in a safe location far away from any other flammable materials. There were no other environmental factors that would cause this. The candle was brand new, and was burning for less than 1 hour.
