The product, in the report: Wearever glass pan lid
My wife was washing a glass lid for a pan when it exploded in her hands sending sharp glass shards all over and cut her hands. The lid was not hot and the water was at most luke warm as she was waiting for the water to get hot to wash it. The brand is “Wearever”.
