The product, in the report: CorningWare SimplyLite 2.5qt bakeware
I had a CorningWare SimplyLite 2.5qt dish explode into 1000s of pieces and shards in my oven. I placed 1/2 Costco chicken enchilada casserole in a preheated 350 degree oven. Within 5 minutes I heard the explosion. There were so many pieces and shards of glass that when I opened the door many pieces slipped through vents of the lower oven door and ended up there. I FOLLOWED THE SAME PROCEDURE THE EVENING BEFORE USING THE SAME CASSEROLE AND SAME DISH WITHOUT INCIDENT.
