The product, in the report: The Pampered Chef Rockcrok 2 Qt is a versatile, glazed ceramic cookware piece (often a Dutch Oven or Everyday Pan) heat-safe to 752F (400C) for stovetop, oven, microwave, broiler, freezer, and grill use, requiring no seasoning, offering excellent heat retention, easy cleanup (dishwasher safe), and move from fridge to heat, featuring a glass lid and serving as saucepan, skillet, casserole, and more

I was using the Pampered Chef Rock Crockpot and while it was cooking I was reaching around the item to get something behind it. When I did I sustained a 2nd degree burn on my fore arm.

The product, in the report: Stoneware baking dish.

I was using the Rectangular Baker from Pampered Chef (item #1430) to bake ribs in the oven. The oven was set at 350 degrees and the ribs had been cooking in sauce for approximately two hours. When I went to remove the dish from the oven, the dish broke into two pieces and the sauce the ribs had been cooking in spilled into the oven. I was not burned, but obviously this could have caused serious burns if the dish had broken in my hands after removing from the oven. This is a stoneware product of Pampered Chef. I have always followed the product use guidelines. I called Pampered Chef to see what they would do; they didn’t seem to be concerned and kept asking if I wanted to buy a new dish. They would not warrantee the item because it is only guaranteed for three years.

The product, in the report: Pampered Chef clear glass 4 cup batter bowl. (Tempered glass)

We had a Pampered Chef 4 cup glass batter bowl explode while sitting in a pantry cupboard. There was nothing in the bowl or on it and no lid sealing it. The bowl exploded blowing glass up into the shelf above and to the shelves below. (I have photos) It hadn’t been used in over 36 hours and then only for room temperature diced produce. If it had been out on the counter, someone could have been seriously injured.
