The Microhearth Grill Pan for Microwave Cooking sold by Amazon.com can catch fire. I purchased one in March and used it a few times over 3 days, always following directions. The lip around the lid caught fire, which is made of plastic. Again I follow instructions to the letter. I posted a review with pictures, and if you look at other reviews other people have had it catch fire. I contacted Amazon, but that was weeks ago and this product is still being sold by them.
