The product, in the report: 12” glass skillet lid for pans with granite composite nonstick surface
Put glass skillet lid on 12” skillet, with heat off, to keep cooked food warm. Several minutes later, heard a loud popping sound, and saw the tempered glass now consisted of fragments. The metal handle pulled off, complete with a lot of clinging glass. When attempting to remove the rest of the lid, all the glass fell into the food. This lid didn’t have a hole for pressure to escape.
