The product, in the report: Giada de Laurentiis 9 x 13 baking/casserole dish
Although I’ve owned the product for a number of years, I have only used it a few times, the last time being yesterday, 10/29/17. It was this day that one of the handles broke off. I was lucky that I didn’t get badly cut. The item is the 9 x 13 Giada de Laurentiis baking dish. I looked it up online and saw where it had been recalled due to this happening.

The product, in the report: Giada LaRaintis Lasagna pan and Giada Laraintis 2 qt dish
Have only used the dish 3 times. Just got done cooking and let the dish cool down for about 10 min. Took food out of dish then placed dish under warm water and entire dish had cracked on bottom with a round imprint of the crack. I also have a Lasgana pan that I had used and the handle had cracked as well. I got these items for Christmas from my mom in Kansas so I do not have the receipt. I do not use these dishes often, had only used the lasagna dish twice when it cracked on the handle.
