The product, in the report: Cuiniset Stainless Steel Cookware. Glass Top covering the 5.5 quart pa.
I was preparing a pot of beef stew and covered the pot with a Cuiniset glass cover. This cover is part of the Cuiniset stainless steel cookware purchased in 2010. After filling the pot with all ingredients, I turned the heat down from medium to low. Within 2 minutes of doing this, there was a loud bang and the glass top completely shattered sending chips of glass to the glass top stove, kitchen counter, and floor. I immediately shut the electric burner off.
