Hurt, no treatment Made May 20, 2018, sent to the company May 29, 2018, published by CPSC Jun 19, 2018
The product, in the report: Glass lid for the large soup pan Per picture from submitter: I#986008
5/20/2018. I was cooking zuchinni in the frying pan. Needed to drain the liquid. As holding lid tight to let liquid leave pan all of a sudden it popped glass flew all over from the lid separating the handle and rim of the lid. I have had this set for about 2-1/2 to 3 years. Purchased at Costco for around 200.00. This is the largest lid in the set. I just happen to check on line and saw a recall from previous incident. I have the entire set of pots and pans with lids. Concern for consumer safety
Is there anyway to get replacements that are safe to use????
