Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: Baking dish, nail polish

Ive bought several items from NEW AVON LLC and they have been a NIGHTMARE. The nail polish lid comes away from the brush and Ive wasted money on nail polish I cant use PLUS clothes that were ruined when the brush fell on it. Blusher brush that comes apart when using Baking Dish that broke WHILE I was using it (Ive baked with this a few times). It literally popped in the toaster oven and the stuff in the dish had to be thrown out and I still have to see how much glass shards are in my toaster oven. Not to mention it COULD have broke the glass on my toaster oven. Im just glad it did not burst while I was touching or holding it.
