The product, in the report: model #0308 - 10” Chicken Fryer Both Stainless Steel both made in china both had glass lids

About 8 months ago, I was cooking dinner on the stove top and the lid to my pot just popped while I was cooking a pasta casserole. I thought maybe I had tapped the lid with my fork. Today the same thing happened while my wife was cooking our daughters dinner. The lid basically exploded, while she was heating up her food. The glass lid shattered into hundreds of pieces just as it did when i was cooking. The glass went into the food and onto the floor.

We have a gas stove and the flame was not on its highest setting in either case.
