The product, in the report: 8” Green pan

Caller purchased set of Green Pans a few years ago. The 8” pan was replaced with a [REDACTED] collection pan one or two years ago.

He was heating the smaller 8” pan on the front right burner, he forgot it was on the burner then after about ten minutes he saw something fly across the room.

Once he inspected what went flying across the room he realized that it was one of the 1/2” in diameter covers that were over the screws.

He went into the direction it came from he saw that the pan he had placed on the burner was extremely hot so he used a towel and removed it from range.

There are no injuries to report
