The product, in the report: Set of pots and pans
is actively choosing to ignore a dangerous manufacturing hazard in the marketplace by hiding behind standard commercial warranty loopholes.5. Requested ActionI request that the CPSC investigate [REDACTED] and the Spice by Tia Mowry cookware line for systemic batch defects. Because these pieces are still widely circulating in secondary discount retail markets like Ollie’s, thousands of other consumers are at risk of severe burn injuries. I am willing to provide photographic evidence of the failed handle assemblies and, if requested, ship the defective cookware to the CPSC for safety testing.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter to protect public consumer safety.Sincerely,
