  1. First aid

Made Jun 8, 2018, sent to the company Jun 18, 2018, published by CPSC Jul 2, 2018

The product, in the report: SMART COOKING IDEAS -Stackable Steamer Insert Pans with sling for Instant pot Accessories for 5,6,8 qt - 2 Tier Stainless Steel Food Steamer with rack - Pot in Pot Steamer Pots For Pressure Cooker. Can be seen on Amazon.com https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0791CJN1B/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_0

I have used this product twice and both times, while hand washing it, I have sliced open my thumb/finger (finger, first time).

These are stackable pot in pot steamer pots for Instant Pot pressure cookers that are held together with a ‘sling’ type of a frame, sitting on a metal plate for stability.

On the bottom of the sling frame is a metal plate, approximately 4.25” x 6.25”, which the stackable pots sit on. This frame can be fastened together and held by a single handle, and then lowered into the pressure cooker.

The plate that sits on the bottom of the frame has not been finished, the edges are sharp like a knife’s edge. It feels as if they have not been filed down or molded so that when a consumer handles it, they won’t be cut by the edge. It’s like handling sheet metal.
