The product, in the report: pans
I have a set of pans from Robert Irvine a 6 piece set, the handle will not ratchet tight, the pan falls making it unsafe and dangerous. I have contacted the Manufacturer Cricket labs though [REDACTED] no response I have several communications with Robert Irvine group at webmaster@chefirvine.com they are not helping much other than passing the buck. All I wanted is a new replacement handle but now I think they need to be investigated to see if there are more complaints about this issue I can’t imagine I am the only one and if so they need to recall them before someone gets hurt, my wife pick up the pan off the stove in the motor home an the pan fell in the floor, luckily it was not hot or fill with hot oil which would of resulted in a fire and her being seriously injured, please help me with my issue.
