The product, in the report: It was a pioneer woman 2 pack vintage speckle teal pans, comes with an 11” and a 9” skillet. The 9” skillet is the one that parts exploded on.
I purchased the pioneer woman 2 pack butterly handle pans and my husband was using the smaller one to warm tortillas when suddenly it sounded like a gun shot. It ended up being the metal cap/ bracket that holds the handle on the pan exploded off. This was very dangerous and could have caused serious injury.
