The product, in the report: OrGreenic ceramic Green non-stick fry pan
At Christmas I received the OrGreenic ceramic Green Non-stick fry pan from my Grandmother. The next morning I decided to use the pan to cook breakfast. As my grandmother and I are standing in front of the stove cooking breakfast, I notice a glow under the pan. At first I thought it was just something on the burner, but after it got worse I removed the pan and noticed the bottom was on FIRE. It burned the bottom of the pan and it melted my grandmother’s heating coil on her stove top. So I immediately stopped using the pan. I called the company to speak to someone about the situation and all I was told was that if I would pay to have the pan shipped back to them and include a check for $7.99 they would send me a new pan. I told them I don’t want a new pan and they should be responsible for replacing my grandmother’s heating coil. I was told they are not responsible for damages!!!!!!!!!!! I then asked to speak to a manager/ supervisor and was repeatedly told they would tell me the same thing. After about the 4th time of asking for a manager the operator put me on hold for about 2 minutes and came back on the line and said the managers were all in a meeting. He again told me they would tell you the same thing, NOT responsible for damages!!! At that point I hung up!!
