Made May 1, 2025, sent to the company May 6, 2025, published by CPSC May 20, 2025

The product, in the report: 6” cookware from Lexi Home. Try ply stainless steel. Gas, electric, ceramic, induction and glass safe.

While using a Copper Diamond pan by Lexi Home cookware, a metal cap near the handle shot off like a projectile and flew 25 feet away. It caused a deafening loud pop, ringing our ears for 5 minutes. If the piece would have hit someone it would have cause serious bodily harm.
