The product, in the report: metal cookware
The consumer has used the pans (2) in the past and thought she noticed a burning odor, but was not overly concerned.
4/25/2022: She was boiling potatoes and the odor was much more noticeable, so she stopped cooking with the pan and removed it from the range burner. She discovered that the plastic handle part connected to the metal connected to the pans is dark brown in color and had started to burn.
The consumer was not injured and there was no property damage to her home.
The consumer has washed the pan by hand since she owned it.
