The product, in the report: Smallest frying pan from a 5 piece white hammered-diamond Granitestone cookware set.
I was cooking Brussels sprouts in a Granitestone small white frying pan and after about 8 minutes of cooking I heard a loud pop. I turned around but did not see anything.. I finished charring the Brussels sprouts and poured them into a bowl. After eating the entire bowl except for a few leaves I noticed a round metal cap looking thing. I looked in the frying pan and discovered it was the cap off of the metal rivet that held the handle on. There were chards of metal in the pan and the remaining rivet area had charged metal edge to it. I do not know if I ate metal shavings with my Brussels sprouts or not. The whole situation was very upsetting.

The product, in the report: Linked below -Granitestone 5 Piece Hard Anodized Set - Fry Pan, Saute Pan, Pot with Lids
We bought the Granitestone 5 Piece Hard Anodized Set - Fry Pan, Saute Pan, Pot with Lids. I have always handwashed the pans, and have not abused them in any way. A few months age, as I was cooking in the saute pan, a rivet exploded off the pan, shearing it in half - it sounded like a gun shot. I ended up throwing the pan away because I felt it was unsafe. Yesterday the exact same thing happened as my daughter was using the frying pan. This is a serious accident waiting to happen for someone, and I see others on Reddit and TikTok have had the same issue.

The product, in the report: Frying Pan
Rivet from Granitestone frying pan projectiled to the ceiling when cooking with the pan. There was no injuries but there definitely could have been with a hot projectile.
