The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: David Burke 10 inch cooking pan.

Purchased a David Burke 10 inch cooking pan from TJ Maxx and used it last night for the first time. When removing the pan off the burner, the handle was extremely hot and burned my four fingers and my palm. After further research I learned the handle is made of a high heat conductive metal the same as the metal that makes the pan. The handle is supposed to be made out of a low heat or no heat conductive material.
