The product, in the report: Metal cooking pan
I am reporting that the attached on the photo cookware of 1.5 qt from the BRAND:”Bradshaw HOME”--which I purchased at a very expensive price for $13----at Shoprite several moths ago is terrible. The plastic handle gets hot each time I cook with and it releases a terrible odor of the melted plastic. This handle has its plastic part so close to the pan...this is one of their issues. Indeed they(the manufacturer)should have put a metallic heat resistant part for the handle for at least 4 inch to connect the pot and the plastic handle....Also this pot is paper thin and each time I cook the stuff gets stuck at its bottom and all around it..I called the Bradshaw Home at 800--421--6290 and I explained them all the above mentioned issues, but they didn’t care------- they said to keep the handle away from the heat and only use low heat(BUT THESE THINGS ARE NOT WRITTEN ON THE LABEL AND OR THE INSTRUCTIONS on how to use THIS PRODUCT ,but anyway I always do keep it away from the heat ,but is impossible to escape the smell of the melting plastic which is released in the air..and the representative at Bradshaw Home also said this is the style of it and they were NOT going to change it and yes she said they are expensive. IT HAS A WARRANTY OF THREE YEARS ,BUT I WAS NOT OFFERED ANY REFUNDS from them NEITHER..THEY SAID GO TO SHOPRITE AND RETURN IT THERE..,SUBSEQUENTLY I AM REPORTING THEM TODAY. After I called Bradshaw Home brand,I also called Shoprite(this was several months ago) and told them the above mentioned issues in regards to this item and to remove this item from selling it...I am NOT sure what Shoprite did with it...Please investigate this brand and their defective products and do what is needed to be done, also please inspect Shoprite and do what is needed to be done so they won’t sell these kind of products anymore. Also please inspect Shoprite, because their prices are so high on other products too...Please feel free to forward my review to the appropriate departments and feel free to contact me with any questions and or concerns. Thank you! Report date June 15th of 2022.
