The product, in the report: Bonita Home (China) brand [REDACTED] 5qt 9.5in Cooking Pot ($11.99, UPC 0-73297-78478-6), and a [REDACTED] 11.75in Frying Pan ($9.99, UPC 0-73297-78483-0), from el Super grocery store ([REDACTED], Las Vegas, NV 89102, 702-405-2701)

September 11, 2025, on impulse, I conveniently bought a Bonita Home (China) brand [REDACTED] 5qt 9.5in Cooking Pot ($11.99, UPC 0-73297-78478-6), and a [REDACTED] 11.75in Frying Pan ($9.99, UPC 0-73297-78483-0), from el Super grocery store ([REDACTED], Las Vegas, NV 89102, 702-405-2701) to cook food. October 31, 2025, today, I used the pot for the first time...to boil water...and the [REDACTED] came off in the water, meaning that I can’t use either the pot or the unused pan for food, or much anything else besides boiling more water. As over 30 days have passed since my purchase, I have not tried to return the products to el Super for a refund, or contact el Super regarding the faulty products. However, I have receipts and pictures from the day that I purchased, and from the damage today. Now I have to buy another pot and pan to cook my food, so I am pretty disappointed to get scammed by yet another product and company in this epidemic of scam products and companies. Meanwhile, el Super is likely still stocking the Bonita Home brand and products.
