Blue diamond frying pan has a handle made of very thin metal that heats up very rapidly. The design of the handle allows for little or no heat dissipation even at low heat.
I’m am nearly 70 and have cooked all my life. This pan’s handle design is dangerous because it is outside normal expectations for heating up while cooking. Because it is outside of normal expectations it is a safety hazard which can cause severe burns. This pan should be remove from retailer shelves and recalled immediately.
