The product, in the report: Espresso Machine 3.5 Bar 4 Cup Espresso Maker Cappuccino Machine with Steam Milk Frother Model B07FTWKJZY
When I received this product, I read the instructions and went on the website to review how to use. I watched videos on customers using it. When I first used this product it exploded all over my kitchen sending the glass carafe and espresso holder flying. I managed to jump out of the way of the flying scalding hot pieces. I returned it and reached out to amazon. I also left a review which the company harassed me about for months offering to pay me $30 to take down my review
