Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: I bought 2 pot holders. This is what they look like after a on time use. As soon as I put them on the grates in the oven they melted. Consumer beware. The stock number was 6 39277 02567 8. I tried to complain about it at the distributor Greenbrier International, Inc. (which is owned by Dollar Tree) [REDACTED] store but was told to contact Greenbrier but if I wanted a refund she would give me 50 cents when I had a receipt that showed I payed $1.00. So BUYER BEWARE; YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR applies but this is CLEARLY WRONG!!! I told the manager in the store but it didn’t phase him in the least. I wanted him to know that he is selling a dangerous product. They are still on the shelf and in all the Dollar Tree stores. I’ve been on hold for twenty minutes but thought I’d get better feedback by posting this.
