The product, in the report: ZESPROKA Stainless Steel Mixing Bowls with Lids, Measurement Lines & Non-Slip Silicon Bottoms, Nesting Bowls for Space Saving, Set of 5 website:https://www.zesproka.com/collections/mixing-bowls Address:Cheng Du Gao Xin Qu Fu Hua Nan Lu 1586 Hao 1 Ceng [REDACTED]
This set of 5 stainless steel were manufactured with sharp, irregular edges on the under side of the rims of the bowls. This was first noticed upon first washing prior to use. The sponge used to wash the bowls was cut by the sharp edge. I didn’t think much of it at the time, other than to make a mental note to not cut my fingers with it when I next washed them, and also that it was an example of poor quality workmanship that should have been arrested before it left the factory floor. The last time I washed on of them however, the sponge was again cut, so I more closely examined the bowl and found two slivers of metal sticking under the rim. This was on the smallest of the set. I also found more sharp rough edges on several of the other bowls in the set.I am now reporting this hazard, in the hopes it will prevent consumers of this product from being injured.
