The product, in the report: Mackenzie Childs Courtly Check large canisters: black and white with red handle, pink and white with clear handle, light blue and white with clear handle. Ordered from Williams Sonoma

After storing nuts in a couple Mackenzie Childs courtly check canisters for one week, upon eating the nuts I had discomfort in my gut which has persisted for a day. There was also a metallic after-taste. When I received the canisters, one of them off-gassed a lot. I washed them all and let them air out for several days before use.
