How badly anyone was hurt

  • No one hurt 1 CPSC: Incident, No Injury

As each report says it, in short words; CPSC’s own words are under each.

The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

  1. No one hurt

Made Apr 14, 2025, sent to the company Apr 16, 2025, published by CPSC Apr 30, 2025

The product, in the report: Natural life standard-sized tv tray with painted green legs and a floral printed top including the words “Enjoy the little things for one day you’ll look back they were the big things.”

The tv tray collapsed suddenly, as it didn’t have screws holding the supports in. My food went all over me and the floor. The tray hit me. Luckily it didn’t cut me, even though it has some sharper edges, and my food was no longer hot, so it didn’t burn me, but I could see this causing potential injuries. I reached out to the company, but they just said it was outside of the return window and didn’t recognize it as being a quality or safety concern.
