The product, in the report: Wusthof Gourmet 14 piece deluxe knife block set

On December 27, 2012, I was at home, opening and setting up the Wusthof 14 piece Gourmet series knife block I had bought. I placed all of the knives in the butcher block and carried the entire thing over to the kitchen counter, placing the steak knives blade side up to keep them sharp. I removed the old knife block set from the countertop and went to place the new set in its place. I pushed front of the block set with her left hand and went to put my right hand on bottom of the butcher block to pick it up and move it further back on the countertop. As I placed my right hand on the bottom of the block, my hand encountered the exposed tips of the steak knives protruding from the bottom of the block, and as I pulled my hand back from the pain, I realized that I was cut. I reported to the emergency room, and on January 7, 2013, I had surgery to repair my tendon and nerve. On May 24, 2013, I had a second surgery, a PIP (proximal interphalangeal) joint capsulotomy, and tenolysis to improve her feeling in her finger and her range of motion, which had been reduced by around 20 degrees. I also underwent a carpal tunnel release surgery, and at the same time.
