The product, in the report: Sparkwhip by iSi Whipped Cream Chargers

I purchased bulk whip cream dispenser cartridges from Amazon, the company name is Sparkwhip by iSi North America Sold By Waterline Companies PH 239-394-5757.

I tried to use these cartridges, and quickly discovered that they are of very low quality. There appears to be some substance, either water or oil, or some other material that is in the cartridges that clogs the dispenser pin and causes the propellant to fail to fill the whip cream dispenser. as a result the over pressure ruined my dispenser. It caused the cap to explode,. Nearly 30% of the cartridges had this issue.

I purchased a replacement whip cream dispenser after this product caused my initial one to fail, and had the same problems. This issue caused the cap to my whip cream dispenser to explode, resulting in a potentially dangerous situation. I tried to discuss the issue with the manufacturer, and they refused to take my concern seriously.

I have 4 boxes of 24 cartridges that I can send to you for testing, as well as my dispenser, which the manufacturer claimed had failed. I am concerned that this company is selling N02 cartridges that contain water vapor to the extent that it clogs the dispenser, and causes a potentially dangerous / lethal situation for the user. I have pictures that I can provide as well
