The product, in the report: GLASS CUTTING BOARD
I bought a “Salt” glass cutting board - It was heat resistant up to 375 degrees. When my wife put a hot pan (less then 375 degrees) on it, it exploded and spread hundred of glass shards into the air. I contacted Bed, Bath & Beyond twice to either remove the product or place a warning next to the product. They have ignored me and taken no action. Someone will get seriously injured and perhaps lose an eye with this dangerous product. The date of service and cost are approximate.
