The product, in the report: Pioneer Woman wooden handled food whisk.

A Pioneer Woman wooden handled food whisk has a nail in the handle which can and did fall out in the food bowl, which I then ate and chipped a tooth. This nail could potentially get lodged in the throat, paler, stomach or intestines.

Made Jan 8, 2018, sent to the company Apr 27, 2018, published by CPSC May 18, 2018

The product, in the report: This is a two part wisk, wire & metal. The two components are held together in part, by a metal rivet (pictured). The rivet is not secured and fell out while I was cooking

The wire wish has a very small metal nail holding the wire portion to a wooden handle. On Saturday, January 6, 2018, I was stirring waffle batter and the nail dislodged from the other components and fell into the batter. I was not aware of this incident. A family friend found the nail in her waffle. Had she been a small child, this would have a tragic event.
