The reports, as CPSC published them
Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.
Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: Oxo magnetic measuring cups. 1 cup 1/2 cup 1/3 cup 1/4 cup. Stainless steel.
This is a set of magnetic OXO measuring cups. There are magnets in each of the four measuring cups that come in the set. The magnets on the bottom (which you dont easily see) had rusted and fallen out. This is very dangerous to kids or pets especially since they are used for cooking!

First aid Made Apr 12, 2022, sent to the company Apr 14, 2022, published by CPSC Apr 28, 2022
The product, in the report: OXO Good Grips Bladed Meat Tenderizer, UPC 719812036953
Opened package, removed device (which had absolutely no markings other than company logo), and attempted to understand how it functioned. Later I found a tiny slip of paper about 1-1/2” square with small English typeface indicating a few hints).
The device had a “lock” and “unlock” graphic, which was the only image other than their logo. When “locked” it shows the full lock picture (white lock against a black background), but the “unlock” mode doesn’t appear- only a sliver of red and a little of the lock picture- leading me to believe it was not unlocking. I flipped it upside down to try getting it loose, needing to place my thumbs on a clear piece (that I later learned was my only protection from severe injury) and that’s when I suddenly had both my thumbs pierced by an array of 50 incredibly sharp needles and I began massive bleeding all over my kitchen. I was in shock, and it happened so quickly and without warning.

First aid Made Jul 8, 2012, sent to the company Jul 19, 2012, published by CPSC Aug 2, 2012
The product, in the report: OXO Splatter Screen used when frying on stovetop (http://www.oxo.com/p-392-splatter-screen.aspx). Model #1064468.
OXO Product #1064468 - Splatter Screen
I was using this product while frying bacon. The collapsible handle (for easy storage) does not lock into position when using while cooking. When I picked up the splatter screen while cooking (very hot), the screen part collapsed backwards onto my arm, burning it in 3 places. My burns (first degree) are now peeling causing scabbing (may result in scarring). I did not seek medical attention (but used over the counter ointments to treat my burns). The handle should lock into position while using so that the screen part does not move (the handle and screen act as one unit).
