I have an Orka Flavor and Oil Mister. This past week it exploded from the base and flew about 15 feet from where I was standing. I had just filled the bottle to the fill line and pumped it 3 to 5 times. This could have caused serious injury if it had hit someone. I have photos, but unable to upload to your site.
