The product, in the report: Mikro Innovations microwave vented glass lid cover with orange nob
I have been using the Mikro Innovations microwave vented glass cover lid and it suddenly blew up and shattered glass pieces all over the kitchen and the surrounding area. This happened after I washed the lid in the sink and set it on the drying rack. Then there was this very loud blow up sound and we saw the glass pieces. We were fortunate that the kids were not close by so the pieces didn’t shatter on them. Although they did step on and got injured by pieces that had lodged in the rug in the living room.
